The Luminis Platform Organizational Planning workshop was held at Chattanooga State on the 9 th. and 10 th. of October. The workshop was intended to conduct an analysis of all institutional constituents and build high level training, communication / marketing, and organizational readiness plans for the rollout of the portal.
A Portal is an online service that provides a personalized, single point of access to resources that support the end-user in one or more tasks. The resources made available via a portal are typically brought together from more than one source. Luminis is essentially the Portal or Gate to everthing online at Chattanooga State.
