Respondus is a Test/Quiz creation Tool, that helps you to create Tests/Quizzes and directly publish them to eLearn. But why use Respondus instead of the Test/Quiz creation tool in eLearn itself ? Respondus has some advantages over the Test/Quiz Tool in eLearn:
- You can import your Questions from a Word File (.doc., and .docx.), Text Files (.txt), Comma Delimited Files, etc. (You cannot do this in elearn itself)
- Since your Tests/Quizzes are in Respondus on your computer, it is very easy to re-upload your Tests in eLearn, if they ever got messed up.
- You can do all your settings in Respondus and directly publish them to eLearn
- You can publish to multiple classes in a single step in Respondus. (no copying components to your different sections)
- You can import Tests/Quizzes with pictures and diagrams into Respondus (.docx) format very easily, and publish them to eLearn
