It's simply Delicious!!

Picture of Delicious widget in iGoogleThe website del.icio.us (pronounced as "delicious") is a social bookmarking, social software web service for storing and sharing web bookmarks.

Have you ever saved your bookmark in Internet Explorer or FireFox, on an "Office Machine", only to go home and realize that the bookmark is not available at home?

With traditional browser based bookmarks, you are limited to viewing that particular bookmark on that machine only. del.icio.us allows you to view and edit your bookmarks from any public internet connected computer, be it in the workplace, at home or in a public library. You can also import your favorites from Internet Explorer and Fire Fox to del.icio.us. which is awesome!

A non-hierarchical keyword categorization system is used on del.icio.us where users can tag each of their bookmarks with a number of freely chosen keywords (cf. folksonomy). Everything posted to del.icio.us is publicly viewable by default, although a user can mark specific bookmarks as private. Registration is required. Use of del.icio.us is completely free, and recently it was bought out by Yahoo, so it should continue to be available free for a long time. Watch this Movie
